  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment.

  • Each item is carefully inspected, packaged securely, and prepared to meet our quality standards.


🚚 Shipping Estimates

United States:

  • Shipped via USPS or FedEx

  • Estimated delivery: 15–20 business days after dispatch

International Orders:

  • Delivery typically takes 15–30 business days, depending on your country and local customs procedures

⚠️ Please note: Delays may occur due to customs inspections, peak seasons, weather, or global shipping disruptions.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • You can also check the status anytime on our Track Your Order page.


❌ Cancellations & Address Changes

To request a cancellation or update your shipping address, email lumora@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order with one of the following subject lines:

  • “CANCEL MY ORDER”

  • “ADDRESS CHANGE”

⚠️ Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.


🚪 Delivery Attempts

  • Carriers typically attempt delivery up to two times.

  • If unsuccessful, your package may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.


💥 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, don’t worry — we’ll make it right.

  2. A clear photo of the damaged item

We’ll send you a replacement free of charge as quickly as possible.
